Mike Lednovich, Leadership and Communications Executive For 10 years, Mike Lednovich spearheaded leadership development and strategic planning for a $1 billion national media company. As a key executive, Mike chaired the corporation’s Strategic Directions Steering Committee and Corporate Leadership Team.
As an instructor, Mike has conducted more than 250 leadership and organizational effectiveness seminars attended by more than 2,500 employees. He currently teaches leadership and effectiveness programs at Chapman University.
Mike holds a certification in Organizational Change from the Stanford University Graduate School of Business and The Newspaper Management Center at Northwestern University. He is a FranklinCovey Leadership Center certified instructor in leadership development and organizational effectiveness and a member of the Professional Coaches and Mentors Association.
Mike is also an award-winning Communications and Public Relations executive and holds numerous honors from the International Academy of Communications Arts & Sciences in New York City. The Academy has twice honored Mike with its highest honor - The Grand Award - in 1999 and 2002 for writing.
Previous to his corporate work, Mike was an executive and journalist for several metropolitan newspapers. He has been honored with many awards and was a finalist for the Pulitzer Prize in 1986.
